1. What's your MOQ?
Oil Paintings: Our MOQ is 5 pieces without a frame, and MOQ=30 pcs if with a frame. The wholesale price for the order that over 30 pieces. You can buy mix 30 units of different designs.
Art Prints: Our MOQ is 30 pieces. The wholesale price for the order that over 100 pieces. You can buy 5 units per design or mix 30 units of different designs.
Frames: Our MOQ is 30 pieces per the same frame and same size.
3D Wall Art: Our MOQ is 5 pieces for each design. The wholesale price for the order that over 30 pieces. You can buy 5 units per design or mix 30 units of different designs.
Sculpture: Our MOQ is 1 pieces for each design.
2. What’s the biggest size I can order?
Any size that you need such as 120*180cm, 100*200cm, 200*200cm, 200*300cm, etc. For large size artworks, we recommend unstretched canvas or DIY stretcher bars.
3. Can you do dropshipping?
Yes. we do. But the orders need more than 30 pcs each month, and we will use the fastest express to deliver your package.
4. How can I make the payment?
If the order amount is under $1000, you need to pay in full. For wholesale orders, a 30-40% deposit is to proceed with the order, and balance down before shipping. We accept T/T, L/C, PayPal, and Trade Assurance.
5. Can I get a sample, and how long it will take for the delivery?
Yes. We can make a sample in 5-25 days and you can receive the sample in about 7- 14 days by air.
6. Is it possible that you to send me the free samples?
Sorry, we can not offer free samples. But a test order to see whether the quality is satisfying or not would be OK.
7. Can I use my own pictures for printing?
Yes. Please send us your high resolutions photos via Dropbox, Google Drive, Wetranfers and etc. We will check if your images are good before making them into prints. For giclee print, the photo DPI should be 150 or bigger.
8. Can you do different types of prints?
Yes. We can produce canvas prints, paper prints, acrylic prints, and giclee prints.
9. Can you get each piece of my order individually boxed/packaged?
Yes. We can pack as you need.
10. How can you promise you will not use my picture for other commercial use?
We have strong copyright protection consciousness, if you need, we can sign an NDA.
11. How do you explain other suppliers that give us a better price for similar products?
You get what you pay for! We are aiming at offering high-quality artwork and are very cherish our patrons. You will earn more when you sell good quality artwork in your market, and your customers will also become your patrons.
12. How do you control your quality and make sure the outcomes will be great?
Firstly, before mass producing, we can make a trial sample for you to check if the quality is good. After approval of the sample, we will start mass production as per the sample quality standard. Secondly, during production, we have QC team to control the quality of whole manufacturing process. Thirdly, we will send you photo preview for finished artwork before shipping.
13. How can you ensure that the product you will receive meet your expectation?
Here are 3 suggestions of quality control for you.
1. List your quality requirements clearly. No less than 10 points;
2. Buy samples to confirm quality before placing your bulk order
3. Third-party inspection: To hire a professional quality inspector
What will we do?
1. The whole process includes proofing inspection, production process inspection, and finished product inspection;
2. For the proofing samples, we will take photos and videos for you to check and then put them into production after confirming everything is ok;
3. In the production process, we will send photos and videos to you to inspect production processes.
14. Can you paint artworks that are not displayed on your website?
Of course we can. Just e-mail us the title of the artwork, along with the name of the artist and the size you require.
15. Can you do family portrait?
Yes, we can. You can check out some samples on our website. Send us your photo and the price depends on the number of people.
16. How do you pack these oil paintings?
It depends on you choice. Unframed painting is packed into a hard tube, shipping via express. Stretched painting (gallery wrapped) is well protected and packed into a carton. Framed painting is packed into an individual carton, shipping via air or sea.
